These terms apply to grooming and other services provided by Pink Bone Pet Grooming Salon ([legal entity name], “we”, “us”) and to the use of pink-bone.com. By booking an appointment or using the site, you agree to them.

Appointments

• An appointment request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it by phone or text.
• No deposit or prepayment is required.
• Please let us know at least [24] hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Prices

Prices on the website are starting prices. The final price is confirmed at check-in and depends on your pet's size, coat condition, behavior and the style you choose. We will always tell you the price before we start. De-matting and other add-ons are billed separately.

Vaccinations and health

• Current rabies vaccination is required for all pets.
• Please tell us about any health conditions, injuries, skin issues, allergies, pregnancy, or past reactions to grooming before the appointment.
• Grooming can reveal existing conditions (such as skin irritation, lumps or ear infections) that were hidden by the coat. We will point out anything we notice, but we are not veterinarians and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.
• Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is done without anesthesia and removes deposits above the gum line only. It is not a substitute for veterinary dental care.

Matted coats

Removing heavy matting can be uncomfortable for a pet and may reveal skin irritation underneath. When a coat is severely matted, we may recommend a short clip instead of de-matting for your pet's comfort. We will discuss this with you before we start.

Behavior and safety

We work at your pet's pace. If a pet becomes too stressed or aggressive to continue safely, we may stop the service and contact you. Please tell us about any history of biting or anxiety when you book.

Photos

We sometimes take before and after photos of pets and share them on our website and social media. Tell us at check-in if you would rather we did not photograph your pet.

If you agree to receive texts, we will send appointment-related messages only. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but prices, hours and services may change. The site content, including text and photos, belongs to Pink Bone and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
