- Information you give us — your name and phone number when you request an appointment, and anything you tell us about your pet by phone, text or in the salon.
- Technical information — your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and advertising parameters in the link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID), collected automatically when you use the site or send the form.
- Analytics cookies — if enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how visitors use the site. It does not give us your name or phone number.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your appointment request, confirm and remind you of appointments.
- To keep a record of your pet's grooming history and your preferences.
- To understand which pages and ads bring clients, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your pet's care.

If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Pink Bone about your appointment: confirmations, reminders and “your pet is ready” notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business — our website host, email and messaging providers, and analytics — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for up to [24 months]. Client and pet records are kept while you remain our client and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
